By clicking the terms and conditions tick box found in the check out section of this website,  you confirm that the goods you purchase from ACCU Long Range will only be used for the purposes of hunting game animals, pest animal removal and target shooting. They will not be used for military purposes or inhumane acts or in conflict of the laws of your country. You also confirm that the goods will not be re-exported, resold, or transferred if they are known or suspected to be used for military purposes. Additionally, the goods will not be re-exported, resold, or transferred to any destination subject to UN, EU, UK, or OSCE embargoes in violation of those restrictions.

Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to from time to time. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Customs – U.S. Tariff & Duty Requirements of the US Government

Shipments to the United States are now working again.

Good news for our USA customers!

We’re pleased to let you know that shipping to the United States is now open again. Orders can be placed and shipped to the US, from here in Wanaka, New Zealand, without delay.

Any applicable US tariffs and associated costs will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout, so you’ll know exactly what to expect before completing your order. The tariff payment will then be sent on to Customs in the US as per CBP Guidelines.

ACCU Long Range is required to collect these duties and taxes at the time of purchase. We are required to remit payment via our shipping partner to U.S. Customs, and these funds will then be collected by the U.S. Government. Without payment of these duties and taxes, your goods may be refused entry, held in U.S. Customs storage, or significantly delayed until the outstanding amounts are paid. In some cases, unpaid shipments may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

The amount payable depends on the country of manufacture for each product and is assessed under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) tariff schedule.

By placing an order for delivery to the United States, you acknowledge and accept the applicable duties, taxes, or other import fees as part of your order total.

Customs

Each customer will need to be research any customs processing delays within their own country and if there are any restrictions to our type of products.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped or refusal by the destinations customs agency to process. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country or may be refused entry.

Each customer will need to research any customs processing delays or refusal of entry within their own country and if there are any restrictions to our type of products. If your parcel is sent back you us and the items are not damaged wthen we can issue a refund minus the shipping costs. You need to be happy with this to purchase.

We recommend you contact your post office or customs dept. for the most up to date policy information relevant to your country. You need to be happy with this to purchase.

Shipping Times

International shipping:

01 October: Sending to Canada: Sending parcels and mail to Canada is has experienced so delays due to Postal strike actions. If you’ve recently purchased an item, please expect delays.

We are still happy to send your purchase, but we needed to let you know.

New Zealand wide deliveries: We have checked in with many couriers and currently Courierpost have shown to provide a fast and efficient courier system. We are not finding any significant delays at present with deliveries in New Zealand.

Tracking Information

Tracked Shipping option and New Zealand deliveries:

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped and will update along the journey to you. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Untracked Shipping option:

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped, However data regarding tracking will only occur in New Zealand and with the shipping airline. Once it arrives at the destination country, tracking info isn’t supplied to us.

Shipping and delivery

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us prior to the shipping company receiving your purchase. Once the shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled as the items are with the shipping company and out of our location.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)) not including issues with customs in your Country.
  • you receive the wrong item
  • you do not want the product you’ve received (but you must return the item and the item must be unused and in new condition
  • You may request to return up to 30 days from receiving the item based on the condition of the items stated above.

COVID-19 UPDATE regarding shipping

International shipping: due to the current global situation with COVID-19, we are experiencing shipping delays of an extra 10-20 days. This is something that I have been trying to find a remedy for. But to no avail as all international carriers have been affected by delayed processing and less international air freight flights around the world.
