We utilise PayPal and Stripe as a conduit for you to process any payments and transactions. Both of these companies will keep your data and information private.
We instruct the shipping company (NZ Post) in respect delivery of your purchases to your nominated shipping address.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
All Credit card details are not kept by us or handled by us. We utilise PayPal and Stripe to process any transactions. Both of these companies will keep your data and information private.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. Shipping and delivery
Shipping to over 200 countries
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to from time to time. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
COVID-19 UPDATE regarding shipping
International shipping: due to the current global situation with COVID-19, we are experiencing shipping delays of an extra 10-20 days. This is something that I have been trying to find a remedy for. But to no avail as all international carriers have been affected by delayed processing and less international air freight flights around the world.
We are still happy to send your purchase, but we needed to let you know. It’s the respectful thing to do.

New Zealand wide deliveries: We have checked in with many couriers and currently Courierpost have shown to provide a fast and efficient courier system. We are not finding any significant delays at present with deliveries in New Zealand.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Shipping and delivery
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us prior to the shipping company receiving your purchase. Once the shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled as the items are with the shipping company and out of our location.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing))
- you receive the wrong item
- you do not want the product you’ve received (but you must return the item and the item must be unused and in new condition
- You may request to return up to 30 days from receiving the item based on the condition of the items stated above.
