What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We have chosen a courier service which meets the needs of our customers and we only pass on the pricing for this service and packaging. We don’t put a mark up on this service.

New Zealand orders have an Urban and Rural variation with NZ wide pricing.

Australian orders have an untracked (via post) and tracked (via courier) service.

World wide orders have an untracked (via post) and tracked (via courier) service.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept payments through Paypal & card payments via Paypal or Stripe.

 

How long will delivery take (International Shipping)?

International shipping: due to the current global situation with COVID-19, we are experiencing shipping delays of an extra 10-20 days. This is something that I have been trying to find a remedy for. But to no avail as all international carriers have been affected by delayed processing and less international air freight flights around the world.

We are still happy to send your purchase, but we needed to let you know. It’s the respectful thing to do. Below is the nominal time frames (no COVID-19 delay adjustment) with different international shipping options.

  • International Air Small Post (untracked) Delivery Target: 7 – 22 working days
  • International Courier (Tracked, Signature required) Delivery Target: 2 – 6 working day
How long will delivery take (New Zealand sales)?

In New Zealand: 2-4 working days

New Zealand wide deliveries: We have checked in with many couriers and currently Courier post have shown to provide a fast and efficient courier system. We are not finding any significant delays at present with deliveries in New Zealand.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data is held securely and we don’t hold your Card details on our site.

What exactly happens after ordering?

As soon as you place your order, we will prepare your items for delivery and notify you accordingly. As the scope covers are custom made, we will firstly contact you to get the measurements you require your new scope cover(s) to be made to.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

All orders will have an e-receipt sent to your email.
